Tuesday, July 1 | 14:15 – 15:45
Conference Room: GROUND FLOOR
With the growing number of data sources available for traffic management, authorities are presented with unprecedented opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and optimize the use of existing TMS assets. Data from field devices and other external sources to the system enable better situational awareness, improved identification and detection of changing travel conditions, and enable more timely decisions and actions. This session will examine how authorities are navigating the challenges with using data from sources external to a TMS, managing and using data with different formats, and supporting others using collected data.
